DOWNLOAD BOOKS FOR FREE!

April 19, 2020 By Ola Lib Staff

With many of us having a bit more time on our hands, this is the perfect time to catch up on some good reading! Unfortunately, because our own Ola Library is respecting the Coronavirus closure requests, we cannot grab a good read in town.

That leaves us with picking through our own bookshelves and reading something we’ve already read (not necessarily a bad idea!) or purchasing a book online that we will likely read once and then donate. But wait!!!  There’s another option!

THE DIGITAL PUBLIC LIBRARY OF AMERICA

FREE DOWNLOADS!

The Digital Public Library of America in an online platform that allows anyone to browse and directly download any of the more than 6,300 e-book titles available on their Open Bookshelf.

Choose from the classics, children’s literature, textbooks and non-English titles, ALL FOR FREE, with no login or library card needed!!!

Simply click on the link below and begin your virtual browsing!
